Very Impressed with Adroit. Infrastructure is awesome, Spacious between each building, clubhouse facilities. The surrounding area is good and pollution-free. Just 10 mins to SIPCOT I.T. Park. Our travel time to office is much reduced. So, we decided to buy our home here. Excited to see our new home in full build-in condition. We would, without hesitation, recommend Adroit to anyone who is looking for new home.
I had seen many builders in and around OMR and finally settled with Adroit’s District S at Thalambur main road. Since I liked the project very much. Its located on the Thalambur main road. I have dealt with the sales team and CRM team they are an excellent team to work with in their own way. I had never faced any difficulty in getting responses from both teams. I talk to them every day with some query or other. I am happy that I get prompt response from him every time. I wish him all the best. I am happy that I am a proud owner of a flat in Adroit District S. I would definitely recommend Adroit to my friends and relatives in the future. First of all, thank you so much for all your help to get through SBI MODT process. As you already know that we have not been given with proper guidance from one of our Adroit colleagues (he is no more with Adroit) as well as from Loan Agent (Gandhi). This has created some time gap and communication gap in completing loan document processing which in turn created a delay in payment release. We were very much eager to complete this process some months back itself so that payment will be released to Adroit and we were personally struggled with SBI West Mambalam branch and RACPC branch for months to mitigate the process. Then, we got your help (especially Thyagarajan) and now we are almost in the last stage to complete the MODT process and hopefully soon SBI will release the payment to Adroit once we complete this MODT process. My name is Mr. Aravind (C3 Rental), and I would like to thank the Adroit Company staff members for their support and services received for my rental accommodation. I have demanded a bigger apartment for rental within short notice after staying in Adroit Altius for the past one year. Moreover, all neighbors, tenants & owners are very disciplined, friendly & kind. It is such a big help for me to transfer the new rental apartment within a few days. No charges were demanded from the company like the commission, brokerage, etc. I want to salute them for their services and way of attitude to rental customers. Though I am a rental customer, I didn’t expect this kind of genuine service from them, it made a big difference in my life.
The design and the quality of the construction were excellent. The builder had incorporated most modern amenities like piped gas supply, videophone security with access cards, a well-equipped gym, music in the common area, and the garden and well-maintained lawn with reflective pools and pleasant ambiance. I firmly believe that the customer should have a long-lasting bond and trust with the builder. Adroit fulfills this expectation. They are very professional, educated, courteous, and always accessible and willing to listen to us and help us out. The after-sales service was also excellent, and they addressed all our initial teething problems. If I can quote the famous R.K. Narayan- people seldom go to the same builder again. Adroit is a rare exception to the quote.

I had bought an apartment off the plan from Adroit Urban builders in Shastri Nagar, Chennai. They have been sincere to their word, courteous and thoroughly professional team. Gaurav and Ramanathan deserve special mention due to their consistent drive to keep their customers informed of the progress of the construction all the way and answering any queries with honesty. At the beginning I was skeptical if they would achieve what they aspired to do in their website.
