Just sharing a note of feedback based on our experience with Adroit, during the purchase of our flat at Adroit Altius in Sidhapudur, Coimbatore. The staff at Adroit was very friendly during the entire sales cycle from initial information sharing, estimation request through to sharing of all relevant documentation up until closure, exchange of contracts and handover of keys. They kept us informed at every stage about the upcoming milestones in the agreement process with periodic emails and reminders. I bought an apartment in Adroit District S. I am fully satisfied with the design which is spacious & well ventilated, as per Vaastu, better quality and the way of construction, though there were many external hindrances in the pace of construction like monsoons, cyclone, CM demise, and protests etc. and successfully completed the project. We are planning to do housewarming shortly and am happy to live in such a gated community like District S.
I am the owner of a flat in Adroit District S, it’s a very nice apartment at good location with all our daily needs, hospitals, theaters etc. Even beach is very close to our home. Also, they have constructed the flat as per all my customization needs! We are delighted to see all the changes in my flat and were going to occupy our flats soon.
